Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your ticket all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly send all info to our email address: service@eileen-us.com

Return Costs:

Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.Products participating in the discount campaign are not eligible for return

 

Return Policies:

Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
